16/25    To receive declarations of interest & written dispensation requests.

17/25    To receive and approve the minutes from the ordinary meeting of the parish council held on the 13^th January 2025.

18/25    Public Session:

18.1/25 To raise matters from the Ward Councillor’s verbal report.

18.2/25 To receive views of local residents on parish matters.

19/25    Highway condition concerns: To receive update from the Clerk and consider action.

20/25    Planning: To consider comments on applications to be determined by Herefordshire Council:  None at present.

21/25    Community Commissioning Project:  To receive update from the Clerk and consider action.

22/25    Finance:

22.1/25 To receive financial reports from the Responsible Finance Officer.

22.2/25 To consider the following payments:

22.2.1/25 Clerk’s January 2025 & February 2025 salaries.

22.2.2/25 PAYE months 10 & 11 £46.60.

22.2.3/25 Eyelid Productions annual website support INV-3834 £100.00.

22.2.4/25 Maitland Agency village website SSL certificate INV-27733 £90.00 plus VAT.

22.2.5/25 HALC 2025/26 affiliation  & subscription fees £581.16 plus VAT.

22.2.6/25 Clerk’s expenses 10 March 2025 £507.99.
