Application for approval of reserved matters following outline approval 184506 (proposed development of ten dwellings including 2 affordable homes and 2 self build plots and associated access road, footpath link, sustainable drainage, hedgerow, tree and orchard planting).
174.2/21 Planning Consultation – 214141 – Land at The Old Post House, Tarrington. Proposed variation of condition 2 of planning permission 164149 (proposed new dwelling house and detached garage) – minor changes to driveway, floorplans and elevation detail.
175/21 Finance: To approve for payment White Digital (NE) Ltd inv 13066 £44.98 plus VAT.
