Councillors are summoned to attend an extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council on
Friday 14th June 2024 at 6.45pm in Lady Emily Community Hall for the purpose of transacting the following business.

71/24 To receive apologies for absence.
72/24 To receive declarations of interest & written dispensation requests.
73/24 To receive and approve the minutes from the annual meeting of the parish council held on the 13th May 2024.
74/24 Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) 2023/24:
74.1/24 To consider the Annual Internal Audit Report 2023/24.
74.2/24 To approve and sign the Annual Governance Statement for 2023/24.
74.3/24 To approve and sign the Accounting Statements for 2023/24.
74.4/24 To consider and approve the accounting procedure for TPC is to continue on a
receipt / payment basis.
74.5/24 To consider eligibility for audit exemption and sign the certificate.
74.6/24 To consider the dates for the public to exercise their rights.
75/24 Finance: To consider the following payments:
75.1/24 Reimburse Clerk for gazebos & weights £1,417.99.
75.2/24 Internal Auditor Fee £30.00.
