3/24 To receive and approve the minutes from the extraordinary meeting of the parish council held on the 18th December 2023.

4.1/24 To raise matters from the Ward Councillor’s verbal report.
4.2/24 To receive views of local residents on parish matters.
5/24 Request to convert Pound Close play area into resident parking: To receive update from the Clerk and consider action.
6/24 Road markings and speed reduction in Little Tarrington: To receive update from the Ward Councillor and consider action.
7/24 Planning: To consider comments on applications to be determined by Herefordshire Council:

8/24 Council planning spokesperson and deputy: To appoint a spokesperson and deputy to represent the Council on planning matters.
9/24 Section 106 priorities: To consider S106 priorities for the parish.
10/24 Road safety: To receive updates from Cllr Hodges and the Clerk and consider action.
11/24 Community Commissioning: To receive proposal from Cllr Tallis and consider action.
12/24 SID installation: To receive update from Clerk and consider action.

13.1/24 To receive financial reports from the Responsible Finance Officer.

14/24 LECH funding request: To consider a request for TPC to contribute to the cost of maintaining the playing field and play area.
15/24 Tarrington Events Committee: To consider request for TPC to fund or fund-raise to purchase gazebos and stalls to be stored in LECH.
