Councillors are summoned to attend an ordinary meeting of the Parish Council on

Monday 11^th September 2023 at 7.30pm in Lady Emily Community Hall for the purpose of transacting the following business.

77/23  To receive apologies for absence.

78/23  To receive declarations of interest & written dispensation requests.

79/23  Public Session:

79.1/23  To raise matters from the Ward Councillor’s verbal report.

79.2/23  To receive views of local residents on parish matters.

80/23  To receive and approve the minutes from the ordinary meeting of the parish council held on the 10^th July 2023.

81/23  Planning: To consider comments on applications to be determined by Herefordshire Council:

81.1/23 Planning Consultation – 232411 – Columbine Cottage, Tarrington, Hereford HR1 4EU. Proposed single storey oak framed 2 bay garage the garage will be positioned to the left of the property where the driveway curves round.

82/23  Road Safety: To receive update from Cllr Hodges on his meeting with the BBLP Locality Steward and to consider action.

83/23  Road markings in Little Tarrington: To receive update from the Clerk and consider action.

84/23  West Mercia Police Community Charter: To agree the priorities for the period 1^st October to the 31^st December 2023.

85/23  SID Installation:  To receive update from Clerk and consider action.

86/23  Finance:

86.1/23 To receive financial reports from the Responsible Finance Officer.

86.2/23 To consider the following payments:

86.2.1/23 Richard Morgan Jubilee Green mowing invoices 1730, 1757 & 1768 £330.00.

86.2.2/23 Elan City SID new batteries invoice SAJ-UK/2023/01224 £147.92 plus VAT.

86.2.3/23 Clerk’s July 2023 and August 2023 salary.

87/23  Footpaths Report: To receive update from Cllr Ward and consider action. To receive updated campsite walks map from Cllr Board.

88/23  Herefordshire Minerals & Waste Local Plan Main Modifications Consultation: To receive update from Cllr Outtrim.

89/23  Pound Close Play Area: To receive update on resident correspondence from the Clerk and consider action.
